Thank you for shopping with Coco & Common.  We hope you love everything you ordered! In the event you are unsatisfied and your order meets the criteria below, we will gladly issue you a store credit, in the form of a gift card for the return.

Returns

Our policy is 21 days.  If you purchase in-store, you have 21 days to return your items.  If you placed your order online, you have 21 days to return from when you received your shipment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must be unworn, unwashed, zero stains, free of any pet or smoke smell, and with all tags attached.  Refunds are given in the form of store credit, not the original payment method.  

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned: candles, jewelry, headbands, sunglasses, home goods, intimate (bralettes, bodysuits and swimwear) and gift cards. 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase via receipt.  

Sale Items

All clearance items with red tags are final sale and non-returnable.  

Online Purchases

Items must be returned to our location in 21 days. Ship to: Coco & Common, 220 S Main St., Elkhart, IN 46516.

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled if it has NOT already been fulfilled.  If you receive a shipping notification, the order can no longer be cancelled.
